Alexandra Schulz
Counsel and Strategist
Alexandra Schulz offers practical, business-focused solutions to clients navigating the dynamic landscape of privacy and cybersecurity, particularly in the life sciences, digital health, and technology sectors. She collaborates with clients to develop risk-based privacy and data-protection strategies that address obligations under privacy and consumer-protection laws and regulations, including HIPAA, the FTC Act, COPPA, the CAN-SPAM Act, the EU’s GDPR, and California consumer privacy laws. She also assists clients with data privacy and security compliance programs, policies, and risk assessments.
In an era of heightened government scrutiny and external security threats, clients consult Alexandra on breach notification requirements, incident management, and remedial actions. Beyond privacy and data security, she advises on regulatory matters, including risk assessments, corporate compliance program development, internal and external investigations, and FDA compliance issues.
Alexandra also advises clients in regulated industries on commercial contracting and business formation matters. She serves on Kendall PC’s litigation team, representing clients in the health, science, and technology sectors, including pharmaceutical and medical device clients. Her work has included complex U.S. and international data privacy matters and product-liability litigation.
Alexandra earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 2015, where she received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. During law school, she interned in the pharmaceutical industry, assisting in-house counsel with risk-mitigation strategies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, cum laude, from Wake Forest University and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
